Cebu Capitol Central Hotel & Suites powered by Cocotel

Hotel location is in the heart of Cebu. It's easy to get a jeep or taxi to the nearest tourist spot. Also easy to get necessities and food as they are walkable. personally, it's good value for money. The staffs were also very accommodating and friendly.

I like the location. I like that it offers cheap price. I like that they do have parking space. I like that it is not a tall building since I have fear in heights. I also like that they offer free towels, soaps, shampoos and water for drinking. I do like the softness of bed and pillows.

Centrally located. Ayala Mall and the van terminal to the north is just one short jeep ride away. Our room was basic, but the mattresses felt luxurious to sleep on. There was a clothes cabinet provided with hangers. The entire room and CR were spacious enough. Drinking water is provided for free. We arrived late at night but there was somebody to assist us at reception. We checked out early to see the floral gardens but we were able to leave our bags for storage.

I really like how it was situated right in the center of the city. It was my first time there and can see my self going back. The staff are very accommodating and been very helpful to my request. I requested for a clean up on my second night but when I got back to my surprise the room was as is when I left the room, tried to ask why and they apologize for it and make it up to me by sending out linens and towels from my request and explain why they weren't able to clean it up. Also the wifi is very slow :( But it was manageable though. Anyways the whole stay and experience is very good!! Would comeback for sure :)
